Graduate Recruitment Events
Every year we attend law fairs in Hong Kong, the UK and Australia and host open house events. At these events you get to meet our partners, associates and trainees and learn all about training and working at Freshfields.
February 2025 - First Year Workshop and Insight Session
Come along to our First Year Workshop and Insight Day in February 2025. You’ll hear from our lawyers, take part in an interactive workshop and get to ask all your questions during a networking session.
Please register your interest by clicking on the “Register Now” tab at the top of the page before 6 February 2025. A confirmation email will be sent to the selected students before the event.

March 2025 - Australian Law Fairs and Information Sessions
Every year we attend the Australian Law Fairs in Melbourne and Sydney, as well as holding Info Sessions. If you are considering starting your legal career in Hong Kong, this would be a great opportunity to meet us.
This year’s AU Law Fairs will take place in March 2025. The events provide an opportunity for you to meet with our lawyers to explore more about the Firm and career prospects at Freshfields.

March 2025 - Australian Virtual Information Session
On 26 March, we will hold an online Information Session for Australian Law Students at 6pm – 7pm AEDT.
For those who are unable to join us at the AU Law Fairs from 17 March 2025 to 20 March 2025 and are interested to learn about our programmes, please join us and register here.
All law students are welcome to join. Registration is required and a confirmation email will be shared closer to date.

September 2025 - Hong Kong Law Fair and Open Days
We attend the Hong Kong Law Fair in September each year. This is a great opportunity for you to meet partners, associates and trainees and find out what it’s like to work at Freshfields.
We also hold Info Sessions in our office, typically during September and October, more details will be provided closer to the date.
October/ November 2025 - UK Law Fairs and information sessions
We attend the UK Law Fairs in October / November every year. More details in due course.
