Mohammed advises clients across a range of sectors on private and public cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, corporate reorganisations and listed company matters.

Mohammed trained at the firm’s London office during his training contract.

Mohammed is fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Advising the shareholders of Global Feeder Shipping group on the sale of 80% of their stake to Abu Dhabi Ports Group (ADP) for consideration of $800 million.
  • Advising Solutions by STC on its acquisition of a minority stake in Devoteam Middle East.
  • Advising London Stock Exchange Group on its 10-year strategic technology partnership with Microsoft for next-generation AI, data analytics and cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Advising CVC Capital Partners on its strategic partnership with the WTA.
  • Advising DAZN Group, a leading global sports platform, on its acquisition of Eleven Sports Network Limited.
  • Advising DWS Infrastructure on its £595m cash acquisition of Stagecoach Group plc
  • Advising TCV in relation to its role as lead investor of Allica Bank's £100 million Series C funding round.
  • Advising SSE plc on the sale of a 25% stake in Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan for consideration of £1.465bn.
  • Advising Saint-Gobain on the €850 million sale of its UK distribution business to the Stark Group.gl.
