Eva is a principal associate in our IP litigation team and is located in our Dusseldorf Office. Eva has experience in German national and UPC tech litigations regarding both standard essential and non-essential patents. She is especially experienced in matters related to WiFi- and cellular technology and video coding.

- Advising and representing Lenovo/Motorola in its defence in SEP litigation relating to patents for h.264 and h.265 video coding and cellular;
- Advising and representing HP in its defence in SEP litigation campaigns relating to patents for h.265 video coding before German Courts and the UPC;
- Advising and representing Xiaomi in its defence in SEP litigation relating to cellular patents and non-SEP litigation relating to wireless charging before German Courts and the UPC;
- Advising and representing Continental in multiple litigations concerning cellular SEPs brought by various SEP holders against multiple German and international automotive OEMs;
- Advising and representing a US based technology company in its defence in SEP litigation campaigns for cellular standards, Wi-Fi and wireless charging;
- Advising and representing a US based technology company in patent litigation concerning Wi-Fi 6 SEP before German Courts;
- Advising and representing Kodak in its defence in UPC proceeding relating to offset printing; and
- Advising and representing Novartis in patent infringement matters concerning the blockbuster Gilenya®.
