Philipp advises on matters of intellectual property law, in particular unfair competition law, trademark law and the protection of trade secrets.
He regularly represents national and international clients on IP-related matters both inside and out of court. His experience spans from disputes and advisory work regarding the admissibility of advertising claims, platform liability, and the European Union’s digital regulation, to advising and representing clients in active and passive proceedings, including matters of copyright, trademark, design and unfair competition law.
