Maximilian is a principal associate in our Global Transactions practice group specialising in Corporate/M&A.
He primarily advises listed companies and investors on M&A and capital markets transactions as well as on restructurings, corporate governance and stakeholder issues.
He speaks German and English.

- DEUTZ Aktiengesellschaft on the acquisition of a diesel engine business from Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG (2024), on a cash capital increase by way of an accelerated bookbuilding (2024) and on the acquisition of IP and licensing rights and cooperation with Daimler Truck AG, partly by way of a capital increase in kind from authorized capital (2023);
- MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, S.A. on the public takeover offer for Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG and the strategic partnership with the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (2023/2024);
- Busch Group on the conclusion of a domination and profit and loss transfer agreement with Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG (2023);
- Medium-sized private equity investment company on the reorganization of its partnership structure (2022/2023);

- ZF Friedrichshafen AG on the acquisition of WABCO (2020) and the subsequent mandatory offer to the shareholders of WABCO India (2020), the sale of Brakes India (2021) and the sell-down of shares in WABCO India (2021);*
