Before joining Freshfields, Darya worked at another major international law firm and a top-tier niche firm specializing in technology.
Darya is actively involved with Stichting Lequal, a foundation dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion (D&I) within the legal profession in the Netherlands. She is also a member of the Amsterdam office's D&I committee.
