Rachel Cho specialises in investigations, corporate advisory and governance, regulatory and compliance advisory and sanctions. 

Rachel advises clients on white-collar crime, internal investigations, regulatory investigations and sanctions. Her advisory services also include assessing and advising clients on their corporate governance, compliance and risk management structure and programmes. 

She has experience with various industries particularly in telecommunications and infrastructure. 

Prior to joining Freshfields, Rachel has diverse professional experiences. She worked as an in-house compliance officer and legal strategist at a major telecommunications company based in Tokyo. In addition to her in-house experience, Rachel worked at an advisory firm providing professional advices on corporate governance, risk management and compliance. 

Rachel is fluent in English, Korean and Japanese.
