About Craig Dewar
Craig Dewar is a senior associate in our financial services regulatory practice and regularly gives advice on various conduct and prudential compliance issues affecting international corporate and investment banks, private banks, custodians, prime brokers, investment managers, and insurers. He also regularly assists clients on transactions relating to financial services, as well as regulatory investigations.
Before joining Freshfields, Craig was a senior associate at a leading South African firm and involved in drafting regulatory advice across the South African financial market regime, particularly on banking law, payment systems, insurance, financial services and consumer credit.
