She has experience in a variety of property matters including investment transactions, development projects, financings and landlord and tenant work.
Recent work
- Advising the WeWork senior secured noteholders ad hoc group on cross-border aspects of WeWork’s complex US Chapter 11, including the UK and European leasehold estate restructuring
- Advising Covid vaccine developer Moderna on its leasehold acquisition agreements and construction arrangements in respect of two buildings totalling 145,000 sq. ft at the Harwell campus, a facility for research, development and manufacturing.
- Advising Bruntwood Sci Tech on their corporate reorganisation, acquisition of a portfolio of further properties and fundraising in relation to their UK portfolio of properties.
- Advising Bow Street LLC on its acquisition of a minority stake in Vivion Investments S.à r.l, a real estate investment company with a focus on office and hotel properties in the UK and Germany.
- Advising Realty Income Corporation on a number of retail park and warehouse acquisitions via offshore and corporate structures.
