About Sarah Gallagher

Sarah is a senior associate based in our Dublin office. 

Her practice covers all aspects of European and UK competition law, and in particular cross-border merger control, antitrust investigations, including cartel and abuse of dominance probes, as well as advising on compliance programs. Sarah previously worked in our Brussels office.

Sarah obtained litigious experience during her year working as as a référendaire (judicial assistant/clerk) at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. Before joining the firm, she also completed a legal traineeship at the European Ombudsman in Brussels and worked as a competition associate in London.

Sarah holds an LL.M from College of Europe, as well as an LL.B (ling.franc) from Trinity College Dublin and Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. She speaks English and French.
