About Ludovico Goglino
Ludovico Goglino is a corporate associate in the Global Transactions practice.
Ludovico specialises in private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. He has gained expertise while supporting international clients on several corporate extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
He also expanded his practical experience through a six-month secondment in the legal department of a pharmaceutical group. During this period, he gained valuable insights into the legal challenges faced by corporations from an internal perspective, while also observing how law firms operate from an external viewpoint.

- Advising a sovreign fund in the acquisition of a controlling interest in an Italian luxury yachtmaker;
- Advising a private equity fund on the acquisition of of a controlling interest in an international real estste investment management company;
- Advising a multinational corporation operating in the supply chain solutions business in the acquisition of an Italian provider of package delivery for medical products
- Advising a wealth tech platform in the acquisition of a business unit from an Italian banking group; and
- Advising a global biotechnology company in the acquisition of an Italian company active in the biomedical field.
