About Juliana Heer
Juliana specialises in matters of intellectual property law and freedom of expression.
Juliana is an Associate in our Düsseldorf office. She advises and represents companies in non-contentious matters and court proceedings in the field of intellectual property law, in particular unfair competition, copyright and trademark law. Her work inter alia includes advising on the admissibility of environmental claims in advertising (‘green claims’). Juliana is also part of the broader team with expertise on the EU Digital Strategy and has a special focus on the EU Copyright Directive and its German implementation. Another key area of her work lays in handling disputes concerning the freedom of expression.
Juliana speaks German and English.
