Philippe is a senior associate in our Restructuring & Capital Solutions practice, based in Paris
He has in-depth expertise in restructuring, insolvency proceedings (sauvegarde, redressement and liquidation judiciaire), and distressed M&A transactions.
Philippe's experience includes both in-court and out-of-court representation of companies, funds, banks, insolvency trustees, and potential purchasers of distressed assets. He also regularly represents clients in complex commercial disputes and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Freshfields in 2023, Philippe worked at leading law firms, including Paul Hastings LLP for 3 years.
