Kohshi Arnold Itagaki is a senior associate in our Tokyo office.  He specializes in cross-border M&A and related transactions, including carve-outs, strategic alliances, growth capital investments, joint ventures and other corporate matters.  He was previously at the New York and Tokyo offices of an international law firm.
