About Nicola Jones
Nicola has a broad range of experience and regularly advises clients on employment and benefits issues, in an advisory, transactional and contentious context.
An associate in our London People and Reward team, Nicola has assisted clients with the structuring, implementation and operation of multi-jurisdictional employee share incentive schemes. She has also acted on large public and private M&A transactions, assisting with the employee, share scheme and pension elements, including in relation to complex business transfers. In a more advisory context, Nicola has frequently assisted clients with cross-border employment and share plan mandates, managing and coordinating multi-jurisdictional audit exercises.
Nicola recently completed a 2.5 years secondment to the Hong Kong office and has a broad experience of working on APAC employment issues and advising clients in relation to APAC focused mandates.
