About Dr. Jana Landsittel
Jana is an associate in our global transactions group and is based in our Munich office. She advises domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of national and cross-boarder M&A and Private Equity transactions including acquisitions, carve outs, joint ventures, reorganisations and on general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Jana was an associate at Clifford Chance in Frankfurt and Munich.

- First state exam at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg
- Legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main
- Doctor degree from the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg with the title “Investorenkommunikation – Unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der persönlichen Investorenkommunikation des Aufsichtsrats und seines Vorsitzenden“
