About Abbey MacDonald

Abbey advises both issuers and underwriters on a wide range of public and private securities offerings and other capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, private placements, convertible note and preferred offerings, at-the-market offerings, deSPAC transactions and tender offers. In addition to transactional work, Abbey counsels clients on corporate governance matters, including ongoing disclosure and compliance requirements under U.S. securities laws and the rules and regulations of Nasdaq and NYSE.

Abbey has experience across a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, energy, financial services, retail and entertainment.

Before joining the firm, Abbey was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm, where she worked on a variety of capital markets transactions and corporate governance and compliance matters.
