Maximilian Menn specialises in domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He advises German and international companies in all areas of commercial law. 

A particular focus of his practice is strategic advice to national and international clients on the defence of mass claims. This also includes his special expertise and experience with the coordination challenges and technical possibilities of handling mass proceedings and class actions.
