Michal represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies on a broad range of corporate matters including cross border M&A, controlling and minority investments, restructurings, complex carve-out transactions, joint ventures, equity compensation arrangements, leveraged recapitalizations and general corporate matters.
Michal was a member of the working group of the American Bar Association Committee on M&A Market Trends that produces the Private Target Mergers & Acquisitions Deal Points Study, a widely-cited resource on current M&A deal terms.
