About Oliver Neuner
Oliver is a member of our environment, planning and regulatory team.
He advises on all matters of public law with a focus on construction and planning law, environmental law and public procurement law. He also advises on regulatory issues regarding ESG and sustainability in various sectors.
He speaks German, French and English.
Qualifications
- Legal Studies at Bucerius Law School and at the University of Cambridge (Gonville and Caius College)
- Legal Clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stages, inter alia, the Higher Administrative Court of Hamburg and the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, Hamburg
- Ongoing dissertation project at Humboldt University of Berlin
- Rechtsanwalt, Germany
