About Victoria Seow
Victoria is an Associate in our international arbitration group in London.
Prior to joining the London office, Victoria spent a few years practising in Singapore. Her experience includes both international commercial arbitration matters, as well as civil litigation in the Singapore Courts.

- Acting for a multinational asset management company in its SIAC arbitration on its failed sale of a large commercial complex in South Korea.
- Acting for an international oil company in an ICC arbitration seated in London in connection with its tax disputes against a West African state.
- Acting for an alternative asset management company in an SIAC arbitration seated in Mumbai, India concerning a dispute arising from a joint venture shareholder dispute relating to the development of real estate in India.
- Acting for a private equity joint venture company in an HKIAC arbitration seated in Hong Kong and governed under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules concerning a post-M&A dispute regarding a securities purchase agreement governed by New York law.
- Advising an upstream oil and gas company based in Southeast Asia in relation to its rights and potential protections under a BIT.
- Acting for a multinational power generation and equipment manufacturing company in multiple construction arbitration proceedings relating to the development of coal-fired power plants in India.*
- Acting for a global investment bank in Singapore litigation proceedings arising from its role as underwriter for certain investment products.*

Qualifications
Victoria studied law at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and graduated with a First Class Honours.
She is dual-qualified, having been admitted to practice in Singapore, as well as in England & Wales.
