About Kende Szabo
Kende is an associate in the Corporate team in our Dubai Global Transactions practice.
Kende advises clients across a wide range of sectors on private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and listed company matters.
Kende trained at the firm’s London office. During his training contract he was seconded to the Dubai office, following which he made a permanent move to the Middle East on qualification.

- Advising Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company on the successful reorganisation of McLaren.
- Advising Renault Group on its 50/50 joint venture with Geely and the carve-out of its combustion and hybrid engines business.
- Advising Aston Martin on a strategic supply agreement with Lucid.
- Advising DAZN Group, a leading global sports platform, on the closing of its acquisition of Eleven Sports Network Limited.
- Advising ADQ on the sale of its 51% stake in NTS Middle East FZCO, a global specialist manufacturing and services provider of drilling tools and equipment for the oil & gas sector.
- Advising SSE on the £1.465bn divestment of a 25% stake in its electricity transmission network business to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
- Advising Stanley Black & Decker on the closing of the sale of its global electronic security solutions and healthcare solutions business to Securitas AB.
- Advising Compagnie de Saint-Gobain on the sale of its UK building distribution business to Stark Group, a CVC portfolio company, following a competitive auction.
