Arian is an associate in our global transactions group based in London.
She has experience advising private capital, international corporate and FTSE clients on private M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements and corporate restructurings as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Arian trained at Freshfields and was previously seconded to Freshfields' Singapore office.

- Entain plc on its acquisition of Angstrom Sports, a specialist provider of next generation sports modelling, forecasting and data analytics.
- PSP Investments on its sale of a minority stake in Angel Trains, a UK rolling stock company.
- HSBC on its disposal of its French retail banking business to My Money Group.
- Getir on its acquisition of grocery delivery group Gorillas, for cash and equity worth $1.2bn.
- CVC Capital Partners on its investment in Spectrum Medical, a healthcare systems provider focusing on non-invasive diagnostic blood monitoring technology.
