- Advising TCV on its investment in Allica Bank (as part of a £100m Series C funding round)
- Advising CPP Investments on its acquisitions of depository receipts representing shares of ReNew Energy Global
Prior to joining Freshfields, Kyle worked in the corporate teams of leading law firms in Ireland and South Africa advising on public and private M&A, corporate re-organisations and other corporate advisory and transactional work for a range of listed and unlisted corporate clients
