About Daniel van Loggerenberg
Daniël studied at the University of Leiden, where he obtained his bachelor's degrees in Dutch Law (specialising in International Business Law), Tax Law, and in Notarial Law, and where he continued to obtain his master's degrees in Tax Law and in Financial Law.
Daniël advises multinationals and financial institutions in banking and distressed restructuring situations, as well as in regulatory procedures with the Dutch financial regulators (AFM and DNB). More specifically, he is actively involved in debt capital markets, leveraged finance transactions, application of the Dutch Scheme procedure (WHOA-procedure) and other restructuring proceedings, and the assistance of crypto service providers in their application processes with DNB.
