It is 100 years since the passing of the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919, the piece of legislation that enabled women in England to become lawyers. Since then the legal profession – and business in general – has become more inclusive. Moving forward, there is still a long way to go. This project brings together insights from across the diversity spectrum to consider what business needs to change over the next 100 years if it is to truly reflect society at large.
