International Arbitration partner Caroline Richard will moderate a workshop titled “Addressing Social And Governance Obligations (Social License; Anticorruption; Indigenous Rights), And Their Impact On Arbitrations” at 1:35 pm ET on March 9 during the First ITA Conference on International Arbitration in the Mining Sector taking place from March 8-9, 2023 in Toronto.

The conference, organized by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), will take place immediately after the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) conference, the mining industry’s preeminent annual event, and is designed for mining company executives, in-house counsel, arbitrators and arbitration practitioners interested in the key issues that arise in mining sector arbitrations.
