On Thursday April 7, 2022, at 9 a.m. Colombia - Peru / 10 a.m. Bolivia - Venezuela / 11 a.m. Argentina - Chile, Freshfields' International Arbitration Counsel Natalia Zibibbo will participate in a panel titled "Environmental Impact in Dispute Resolution: A Corporate Perspective" hosted by the Latin American Subcommittee of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations.
The panel will discuss the business approach to environmental measures and will comment on the practical usefulness of implementing these measures through efficient tools, such as the Green Protocols. Other speakers include Eric Franco FCIArb (Engie), Monica Jimenez Gonzalez (Ecopetrol), Ignacio Zapiola (YPF) and Mariana Abugattas (Anglo American Quellaveco).
