Young Arbitrator Debate Series - February 2020
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the American Society of International Law (ASIL) invite you to join us for the next installment of our Young Arbitrator Debate Series – co-sponsored by the ASIL Howard M. Holtzmann Research Center for the Study of International Arbitration and Conciliation.
Motion:
• This House believes that “robo-arbitrators”, i.e., artificial intelligence systems, will be able to resolve disputes more fairly, accurately and efficiently than human arbitrators.
