Freshfields Represents Stagwell Media in Business Combination Proposal to MDC
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP (“Freshfields”) is representing Stagwell Media LP (“Stagwell”), a digital marketing investment group, in connection with its proposal to combine with MDC Partners, Inc. ("MDC"), a marketing and advertising holding company headquartered in New York.The Freshfields team includes corporate partners Ethan Klingsberg and Paul Tiger, counsel Andrea Basham and associate Max Sanders, tax partner Claude Stansbury, and employee benefits partner Lori Goodman and counsel Kevin Kay. The team is from the New York office other than Claude Stansbury who is from the DC office.
