Freshfields advises on $825 million offering of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026 for Fastly
A team from Freshfields has acted as initial purchasers’ counsel for the offering by Fastly, Inc. of $825 million aggregate principal amount of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026. The initial purchasers were led by Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets.Fastly’s edge cloud platform enables customers to create great digital experiences quickly, securely, and reliably by processing, serving, and securing customers’ applications as close to their end-users as possible — at the edge of the internet.
