Freshfields represents Sitel Group on sale of significant interest in Clear Link Technologies
Freshfields is representing Sitel Group, one of the largest global providers of customer experience products and solutions, on its sale of a significant interest in Clear Link Technologies to Clarke Capital Partners. Under the partnership, Clarke Capital and Sitel will continue to build and scale Clear Link’s tech-enabled, omnichannel platform to assist consumer retail businesses including Brandless.com, PetIQ, Inc. (Nasdaq: PETQ) and Jupiter Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: JAQC). More details about the transaction can be found here.
