Freshfields Advises CarLotz on Its Sale to Shift
Freshfields is advising CarLotz, Inc. (Nasdaq: LOTZ), a leading consignment-to-retail used vehicle marketplace, in its sale to Shift Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFT), a leading end-to-end used vehicle ecommerce platform, in a stock-for-stock transaction. Details of the transaction and its rationale can be found here.
