Freshfields Represents AeroClean on All-Stock Merger with Molekule
Freshfields is representing AeroClean Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: AERC), an air hygiene technology company, in connection with its all-stock merger with Molekule, Inc., a market leader for premium air purifiers. The parties entered into a merger agreement on October 3, 2022. Details of the transaction and its rationale can be found here.
