Freshfields Represents TRM Labs in $70M Series B Financing Expansion
Freshfields represented TRM Labs in its announced $70 million expansion of its Series B financing led by Thoma Bravo, resulting in total proceeds of $130 million, with participation from new and existing investors including some of the world’s leading financial institutions. TRM Labs provides blockchain intelligence to help government agencies, financial institutions and cryptocurrency businesses detect, investigate and mitigate crypto-related fraud and financial crime.
