Freshfields Advises Ericsson on Sale of Its IoT Business to Aeris
Freshfields is advising Ericsson on the sale of its IoT Accelerator and Connected Vehicle Cloud businesses and related assets to Aeris Communications, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
