Freshfields Advises TriNet Group, Inc. on $109m Modified Dutch Auction Tender Offer
Freshfields advised TriNet Group, Inc. on its modified "Dutch auction" tender offer to purchase for cash shares of its common stock. TriNet accepted for purchase 1,515,258 shares at a price of $72.00 per share, for an aggregate cost of approximately $109 million. TriNet’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “TNET”.
