Freshfields Represents Stagwell on $108M Debut Secondary Offering
Freshfields represented Stagwell Inc. and certain selling stockholders in connection with the debut SEC-registered secondary offering of 16 million shares of Class A common stock of Stagwell by the selling stockholders. Stagwell’s Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “STGW.”
