Freshfields advises General Atlantic on strategic investment in Odoo SA
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) is advising leading global growth equity firm, General Atlantic, on its strategic investment of approximately $150m in Odoo SA (‘Odoo’).
Odoo, a leading provider of open-source integrated business software applications for small and medium-sized enterprises, plans to partner with General Atlantic to support the business’ continued global expansion. With 19 global offices serving over 50,000 paying customers across more than 200 countries, Odoo is strategically positioned to take advantage of the growing ERP market opportunity, which is expected to reach over $90bn by 2029.
A cross-border Freshfields team advising General Atlantic is led by partners Victoria Sigeti, Frederic Elens, principal associate Thibault Moust, and associate Alexander Collins.
