Freshfields Partners Named to Legal 500 US M&A Powerlist
Freshfields received recognition in Legal 500’s US M&A Powerlist for six of its corporate partners. The list recognizes leading transactions lawyers in the US and their impact on the M&A landscape in the region. Legal 500 stated that the list reflects the practitioners who are “deemed the gold standard by businesses.”
Additionally, Freshfields hosted the Private Practice Powerlist Launch US M&A Hybrid Roundtable 2024 in their New York and Silicon Valley offices where a select group of private practitioners across the USA explored the ever-evolving landscape of mergers and acquisitions.
