Freshfields Advises Zuora, Inc. on Its Acquisition of Sub(x)

Freshfields advises Zuora, Inc. on its planned acquisition of Zeddit Limited t/a Sub(x), an AI solution for digital publishing and media companies. After closing, Sub(x) will transform Zuora’s existing paywall offering into an AI-powered paywall solution to gain deeper insights into subscriber behavior, constantly optimizing how offers are presented to maximize acquisition and retention. The acquisition of Sub(x) is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions and is targeted to close in Q3 2024.
