Freshfields Advises Special Committee of Astra Space on the Closing of Take-Private Transaction
Freshfields advised the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Astra Space, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTR) on the successful closing of the company's all-cash take-private transaction.
