Freshfields Guides JD Sports to the Closing of Its Acquisition of Hibbett
Freshfields guided JD Sports Fashion plc to the closing of its all-cash acquisition of NASDAQ-listed Hibbett, Inc. The transaction was announced on April 23, 2024, and closed on July 25, 2024, following the receipt of regulatory and Hibbett stockholder approvals. More information is available here.
