Freshfields Advises Trace Machina on Seed Financing

Trace Machina, a leading Bay Area-based startup developing simulation infrastructure for safety-critical technologies,  today announced a $4.7 million seed round and an open-source tool called NativeLink.

Freshfields is representing Trace Machina. The Freshfields team included partner Scott Blumenkranz, senior associate Shira Oyserman, associate Ariana Negron and senior paralegal Susie Morasci.
