Freshfields Advises Zuora on $1.7 billion Take-Private by Silver Lake and GIC
Freshfields is representing Zuora (NYSE: ZUO), a leading monetization suite for modern business, on its agreement to be acquired by Silver Lake and GIC in a transaction valued at $1.7 billion. Earlier this year, Freshfields represented Zuora in its cooperation agreement with investor Scalar Gauge.
