Freshfields Represents CrowdStrike on its Acquisition of Adaptive Shield

Freshfields is representing CrowdStrike on its acquisition of Adaptive Shield, a leader in SaaS Security. With the acquisition, CrowdStrike will be the only cybersecurity vendor to provide unified, end-to-end protection against identity-based attacks across the entire modern cloud ecosystem, all delivered from a single unified platform.
