Freshfields is representing ServiceNow on its acquisition of Mission Secure, a Virginia-based company focused on providing asset discovery for operational technology (OT) devices. This acquisition will help enhance OT asset visibility and minimize downtime with dependable service management for ServiceNow customers, specifically in industrial markets.
