Freshfields Guides PropertyGuru to the Closing of $1.1 Billion Take-Private by EQT
Freshfields represented the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of PropertyGuru Group Limited (NYSE: PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, on the successful closing of its previously announced all-cash sale to EQT for $1.1 billion.
