Freshfields advises on listing of Bloks Group Limited on HKSE

Global law firm Freshfields has provided Hong Kong and US law advice to Bloks Group Limited (‘Bloks’) in the global offering and listing of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (‘HKSE’).

Bloks is a leader of assembly character toys in China. Leveraging its portfolio of more than 500 patents, in-house IP development capability and cooperative relationships with approximately 50 renowned IP franchises on a non-exclusive basis, Bloks is dedicated to providing consumers with a wide range of quality-for-money assembly character toys and have achieved rapid growth. According to Frost & Sullivan, Bloks is China’s largest and leading player in the assembly character toy segment.

The Freshfields team advising on the transaction was led by Head of China ECM and partner Richard Wang and partner Howie Farn. They were supported by counsel Chris Fu, associates Yuwei Tian, Jianhua Feng, Xinyu Wang, Peiyou Tang and Steven Pi.
