Freshfields Guides Zuora to the Closing of $1.7 Billion Take-Private by Silver Lake and GIC

Freshfields represented Zuora (NYSE: ZUO), a leading monetization suite for modern business, on the successful closing of its previously announced sale to Silver Lake and GIC in a transaction valued at $1.7 billion. Last year, Freshfields represented Zuora in its cooperation agreement with investor Scalar Gauge.
